Jeannette Juett
Managing Director, Head of Allure Lifestyle Communities
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, senior living, and property management, Jeannette is a proven leader known for driving operational excellence, sustainable occupancy growth, and high-performing teams. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and TALA-Certified Administrator, she brings strong regulatory expertise and a resident-first approach to every aspect of her work. Her earlier roles as Sales Director, Executive Director, and Regional Director have shaped her ability to align operational priorities with strategic sales initiatives.
Jeannette has a strong track record of leading underperforming communities to 100% occupancy through culture transformation, staff mentoring, and resident engagement. She has successfully reduced agency reliance, lowered overtime, and improved employee retention by building cohesive, mission-driven teams. In her current role, she continues to champion innovation, accountability, and a compassionate culture rooted in service and results.
Randy Geouque
Chief Administrative Officer
Randy Geouque brings over 25 years of human resource and management experience to his role at Livingston Street Capital. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and Administration. Randy also leads the company’s strategic initiatives as it relates to organizational design, talent and workforce management, and human capital.
Randy joined Livingston in 2021 from Merakey, a nationwide provider of developmental and behavioral health. He served as the Senior Director of HR leading a team of 30 professionals responsible for Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Benefits, and Training. Randy started his career at MBNA America and has held management positions at HSBC, Buccini Pollin Group, Donegal Insurance Group, and Genesis Rehab Services.
Randy earned an MBA and Master’s in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and also holds a PHR certification from HRCI.
